Everything is good except that they do not answer and leave you with the automated response which does not solve any problem. I do not think that artificial intelligence is effective in solving complex problems at the present time, so please add support workers to support such applications, as ten or 15 cannot answer applications that have many customers.
To solve a problem in this application you have to message them within the application and send your request to the mail and wait for the time for them to respond to the mail at a time when they can respond to you within the website and this is very frustrating if you are in an urgent matter.
VITALS IS AMAZING!! With so many much-needed apps rolled into one, it's super convenient to work with inside Shopify. I love the Bundles, BOGO, GWP, Announcement Bar, Free Shipping... And I am barely touching the surface of what is on offer. The tutorials and videos on YouTube are easy to understand. However, if you get stuck, the support team are quick to respond and help solve any issues or requests you may have. Hands down, it is my favourite app! 10/10! Highly recommended. Thank you, Vitals!!!
