Track123 has been an absolute lifesaver for tracking my shipments. The app is incredibly easy to use, updates are fast and accurate, and it supports packages from so many carriers all in one place. Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding the PayPal auto-sync issue, we’ve checked the logs on our side and found that the PayPal API returned the following error:
“Provided Transaction ID Is Not A Seller Transaction.”
This usually indicates that the transaction ID submitted to PayPal does not belong to the seller’s PayPal account. Could you please double-check whether the PayPal account you connected in our app is the same one used to receive payments in Shopify?
At the same time, we are also verifying whether Shopify has recently made any changes on their PayPal integration side that could affect this flow. Since many of our customers are currently connected to PayPal and syncing tracking numbers successfully, we believe this may be a non-typical, account-specific issue. We will continue monitoring this closely.
About the issue where the chat window could not be used.
We understand how frustrating this must be. Our in-app chat is provided by Intercom, and all system monitoring currently appears normal.
