The open rate for email request is about 60%, very good.
The free plan sends email for all orders in the Shopify POS too. Nice added bonus.

Reputon does exactly what it says it will do. As an Etsy seller who is just starting out on Shopify, it does a great job in providing my new store with social proof that will hopefully give customers confidence in me as a seller.
