I love the customization options that this app enables me to offer my customers. I was having difficulty with placement of certain elements on the page. I reached out to their customer support and was able to get help reorganising the layout to make it clearer and inserting wording to clarify pricing. The responses were very prompt and clear communication from the operative. My authorisation was sort for every single change and I'm very happy with the outcome.
Love the app Couldn't figure out how to add options to customize orders from customers for different sizes this fit great had a small issue starting out and customer service was right on it responded and fixed I have not had that much attention with any other app working great on my website and pleased with the options and support so far Give it a try you won't regret it one of the best apps I have added in shopify so far after 2 years it is a game changer
