Great support from the Globo team (EMMA) . I was facing an issue with conditional logic and variant-based pricing on my Shopify product. Their support team responded quickly and fixed the issue properly. Everything is working fine now. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support. Highly recommended!

This product does exactly what I needed with the ability to set several options, have them appear based off logic of previous option choices, apply pricing as needed, as well as work with the built in Shopify variants and pricing options there.

Over the course of the installation and onboarding of this app, I ran into a few technical issues and support was always amazing. Each question I had someone contacting me back via the in application chat support within an hour and sometimes just minutes away. Anything that was a technical issue due to CSS problems in the Shopify Theme or even within the Globo product itself was handled and resolved in under 24 hours.

The value this brings is well worth the price and with customer and technical support that is as quick to not only respond but also resolve the issue I don't see how you wouldn't be happy adding this to your shop. An absolutely well deserved 5/5 stars.
