We noticed that our discount code was not working in our cart at check out. With the help of Harry from Discounty, we discovered that the automatic discount segment was deactivated on our backend. He instructed us to keep that active at all times, and we were good to go!

Harry also fixed the plugin so our tiered discounts were visible on our product pages.

Highly recommend this app and their customer service is fabulous! Thanks Harry!

Wow! Discounty has been great for my Shopify! I needed help getting my discounts set up and couldn’t figure it out myself, and Pearl was the agent who helped me. She was SOOO helpful and I can’t thank her enough! She got everything set up and working quickly, walked me through everything, and even checked back in afterward to make sure everything was still going smoothly.
