Their support is superb! They are absolutely very helpful and accommodating. Winnie and Serene are rockstars. They both helped me so much with the exported data that I was working on. Shout out to their IT team as well, they are also the rockstars that we don't often recognize.
I highly recommend this app. It is very useful and helpful. If there's something that's not available on their system, you just have to ask and they will let you know straight-up if it's possible to add them.
I've been using 17track for a few months now and really like the integration with Klaviyo.
UPDATED: after a lot of back and forth with the support team they finally understood how important it is to display Last Mile Carrier information on the tracking page. So they've updated the app and now it pulls LMC info from 20+ international carriers. I'm very happy with the results and the fact that they made it happen.
DO NOT INSTALL, this is app is very buggy and messy, many customer complaints after upgrade to higher quotas. I ran out of quota, so i upgrade, then "manually sync" 60 days. I was confident the app would sync. I get many messages about customers not able to track tracking. I look to see and the issue was still there. I tried to manually sync again. I reach to support and then mention it was because i reached quota (i have enough since i upgraded), and they still cant fix my issue, cant be confident with this messy dashboard. Uninstalling....
